It was running at idle when the pictures were taken engine cold I revved it to see if the exhaust stroke increased due to clogged cat and it did not but I have no pics of revving it. Been trying to figure this out for about two years now it'* our backup car I have tried all I know just hate to get beat by a problem like this too good a car to give up on but problem is getting more pronounced

This is looking at the exhaust with a home made first look sensor you can see the miss one is more pronounced then the other

I have only one pressure transducer. I agree I need to do the pressure transducer again with the time spreed out cranking and running to more closely see were the timing event is happening and to see if anything else is visible during cranking at wot. Not sure when I'll get time to do that maybe later in the week. Also have a fuel injector tester coming that pulses the injector a set amount to ensure each one is doing the same amount though I dont see this as a problem since I have swapped the injectors around a couple of times already. I'm gonna work on my home made first look sensor to see if I can clean up the exhaust reading so I can tell if the miss is actually on #1 sometimes i think the computer code maybe is misleading me though i have cause it to misfire on #2 and #5 just to find out it gave me the right codes for those misfires.

Has it coded since you swapped injectors? I would still do a running compression test with a gauge NOT through a transducer.

I'll have to see if I can find a procedure on just how to do that cant say I've ever seen that done. What would be the benefit of this procedure over the tranducer? Seems the tranducer has a better advantage of seeing any slight difference from stroke to stroke if there was an intermittent lifter issue or valve sticking open.

Just for grin'*, have you done a crankshaft variation learn? I have had alot of 6.0L along with others that doing this procedure takes care of the issue.

Not sure how to do that but would like to know and someone ask if code came back after I swapped injectors yes it keeps coming back no matter what I've done drove it last night and this morning and it ran very well but it does that at times then other times it starts back but only at idle or under load at low rpms if you give it a little more gas it takes off running fine

Not sure if the crank relearn will fix this but it'* worth a shot.
Your comparison of 1 and 5... what is the capture shown with the secondary? Transducer? If so, of what and how is it synced (triggered) with the secondary?

I triggered on the pressure transducer since it was most constant it is the cylinder going into compression scope it was set to 500mv Transducer is a 0 to 200 psi transducer from .5 to 4.5 volt output.
The secondary ignition waveform was captured with a Hantek HT-25 the ignition tester was set about 3/16 gap to give the spark a place to go.
