Oil leak - 2001 lesabre
It could be the flexplate.....you would HAVE TO REMOVE THE BOLTS FROM THE FLEXPLATE, and then move the converter away from the flexplate, and secure it so it doesn't touch the flexplate when the starter engages it and the engine runs....if noise is gone, that'* your problem.....a real problem....
Or you can just separate the converter from flexplate and manually rotate the engine and look for a crack in the plate, but sometimes it is hard to see.....

After it'* running there is no noise , the driven great , why are you think it'* the flexplate that the problem ?
After listening to that last video, Im suspecting starter isn't throwing out the ring gear, or the flexplate ring gear is chewed up bad.
Remove the torque inspection cover on the bottom of the transmission and look at the teeth. You may have to find a way to turn the engine over either by bumping the starter once in awhile or have someone hand crank the engine over via the main bolt on the harmonic balancer so that way you can see all the teeth on the flexplate. If the teeth are fine, I suggest replacing the starter.,

Thank you Mike
I try to think why the problem come after long parking and I saw in youtube some of the problems cause the bendix gear not engaging with the flexplat .
maybe I need to lubricate it ?
maybe it the solenoid of the starter that effected in cold temperature ?

11.9 is about 0.6 volts below normal for a good battery, and yes, 14.8 is normal also. This is a good indication that your alternator is charging your battery.
