Well some updates, I put a new blower motor on it and when I turn it on it kinda sputters now with the new one on it, I double checked everything and the resistor is good everything is getting power just not blowing air, I used the old white fan from the old one as I couldnt shell out 35 bucks at the time to get it both, so do yall think it could be the white piece in the blower motor?

Maybe the motor turning but the fan is slipping. If you remove the motor from the housing and keep it plugged in. Then have someone hold it and someone else turn the fan on and see what happens. The fan part wasnt broke or anything was it?

Make sure the air not coming out the floor or defrost. The blend door might be stuck in the floor mode. Or in the default setting of defrost.

the air mix you should be able to look under and see something moving when you change temp

checked the air mix it was good, and now that I put it on normal from the AC side it blows cool air it never did this before with the other blower motor, so i assume we are getting in the right direction. But it still wont blow anything sitting still..I was thinking could it be a compressor?
I'm getting power to all my stuff and is working but not blowing this is so mind boggling. And with summer on the rise I will not be sitting in 100+ degree weather in florida in a hot car haha.
