Default My Park Avenue wont start and I'm not sure why.

I have a 1997 Buick Park Avenue that won't start. The engine is a 3.8L FI OHV 6cyl. I have replaced the Fuel pump, fuel filter, battery, terminals, the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose and connectors, Coil pack, wires, spark plugs, fuel pump wiring harness, and radiator hoses. I have made sure all fluids are at the correct levels and pressures. My car will turn over but acts as if it is receiving no spark or fuel. The wires connecting to the part that the coil packs fasten to appear to be damaged but I am unsure. Any ideas from a fellow Buick owner?

Holy crap......bare wires and corrosion......without a doubt, that harness has to be repaired....that harness delivers the signal from your crank sensor and cam sensor to the ICM, which you may not be receiving, and sends signals to your PCM.....every one of those individual circuit wires has to be repaired....the harness should be disconnected, and the ICM pin connections should be checked for corrosion.....

Did you ever check for spark from the coils? Check fuel pressure? Injector pulse? Compression?

The fuel pressure is normal, there is no spark from the coils though.

I believe that the last time I had it checked it was sitting at 47 PSi. Though I can't remember the exact number now.

I unplugged the MAF sensor and started the car fine. After starting it without it I cleaned the part and the area around it and the car started again with the part plugged in. I think that may also be an issue as even after cleaning the part etc the car starts atrange still.
