When you start bubbling like that you either have a bad radiator car and its not holding pressure that does affect the boiling point of the coolant mixture....
The thermostat is sticking shut causing the engine to run hot
or like stated the fans may not be working... fans should come on at about 220-227F

That was something that went through my mind aswell, but when I took off the superchargher yesterday I figured that my coolant would be brown or too clear, but instead it was very green. I looked rich to me. Oldsman noted that the radiator was put in fairly recently. We also did check for the fans to kick in at the right temp. and they do (we checked when we had scan tool).

If you reinstalled the SC and then topped off with coolant/water it may take a bit to bleed the air out of the system.. Should be a bleeded on the Thermostat housing.. Let us know if the problem improves...

It could also be a bad head gasket, they can bubble exhaust gases into the coolant ...
I hope its just the cap.
