Front left intake manifold, sucks air, some diagrams say to transaxle? Having a hard time finding the part without proper name.

Whatever it goes to, until you find out, cap it off. It certainly will cause havoc to your fuel trims/fuel mileage. Its considered unmetered air entering the engine and your upstream O2'* will see the extra O2 and the ECU will dump more fuel to compensate for the extra air coming in.

Little of this is necessary for this thread. We can see it'* a 3100 and a couple of clicks tell us it'* in a 2001 Century. I can't see how any modifications made would answer this question . . . unless the modification was to remove this vacuum line.

It'* neat when folks include all of that stuff automatically, but at the same time we don't want to scare anyone off with ALL CAPS requirements if we can answer the question without it.

It looks like on some applications it goes somewhere (first two pictures), and on others it is plugged off (last picture):

If you can't see anything dangling and everything works, plug it off and call it good.

I happen to be a mod on other forums that are much more active than this one! These type of comments are the reason that I don't visit here very often!!

. . . and responses like yours drive users away. The question was answerable by just looking at the pictures that BurntxPasta posted:

I only looked at his profile to verify that the car was supposed to be in the Buick section.
