Many people have researched this, and the consensus is that if your car didn't have it from the factory, then you're in for a lot of cutting and wiring. But it'* plenty doable if you're committed.

Who are the many people Colin? There'* no cutting needed unless the car never came with a hud available dash.

PA'* had the option of HUD. HUD in itself is 8 wires to hook up. There'* a post or two here where I helped a couple guys put it in. Overall it'* easy once the dash is on the floor.

My 96 GP didn't come with a HUD but I had the harness available in the dash. It just took a bit of searching to find it, then installation was a snap.

99% of the cars don't have that harness though. Certain years GM put things like that in, most years it didnt' exist.

I pulled a few 92-99 H/C body dashes and never found anything extra. Kinda wished for it though.

I mis-spoke; meant to say many people have asked about it.

I'd rank it up there with "How do I make my car go faster?", "What'* the best oil?", and "Can I just bolt on a supercharger and drive?"

It'* just an unbolt dash, wire up 8 or so wires and bolt the new dash in place.

Ok, maybe I make that sound easy, but it'* a cosmetic type of mod that doesn't take extensive tuning or drivetrain work.

I haven't looked up a PA, but the Bonne was 4-6 bolts near the middle of the dash, 5 small ones by the window and undo the main electrical.. it'* in your hands.
