Going to be a while probably spring, before I got time to do it, otherwise he can take it to the shop himself. The car does have cruise and all, the stuff on the wheel, so I will make sure that replacement stalk is the right one! Thanks for the tips! Greatly appreciated.
He got $300 for junking the regal, and got the new snows I got him last Xmas..off of it now onto the lesabre as they were identical size..ya!
