94' Bonneville Turn signal stalk horrors....
Ok I cant seem to find a post with what I need to know how hard it is to take off the entire turn signal base, I have that condition/problem where the whole stalk is about to break off!! and as if thats not enough the brights dont work along with the cruise cntrl what a crappy design!! Anyway do I have to take the whole wheel off? or can I just maneuver it around in there????

I'm no expert in this area, but my coat somehow pulled out the lever years ago, permanently breaking the wiper switch. It looks like you do need to pull the wheel off (after unplugging the airbag), take the hard plastic covers off the sides of the wheel, and then take out two screws to remove the multifunction lever switch.
That should be the gist of it; search the forum and you'll find your answer. I'll post a link if I can find it again.

Pops has a 95 with a turn signal issue, had to remove steering wheel to get into the nitty gritty and turned into a simple spring needing replacing, my advise. Head to Autozone get a wheel pulling kit and dig deep

Ya that looks to be the way to get at it.. I just installed an aftermarket power antenna yesterday on her and im gonna grab one of those pullers for the next time I go to the junkyard, but this early spring heatwave here in Illinois makes the junkyard cars like a sauna!! So I might hold off...
