Default HELP !! Back window has fallen and he cant get up

Ok my left rear window went down and wont come back up. I took off the door panel and see the cable all wadded up so....What do i need to do ??

yup. comes as an assembly with the motor. every window in my and my dads car has done this. my ma said the back right one in the century is stuck up.

i got a rear set for my bonnie from ebay for $102 for the pair free shipping. never had to replace them again. i think i got mine from am autoparts on ebay

My sister-in-law had the same problem on her left rear window. I just cut the cable so I could get the window up and put wood shims beteewn the glass until she can get it repaired.

well i ordered it from ebay 47.00 received it today and it took about 20 minutes to do the whole job ! Hard to believe in 35k miles it needed replacing...

man now the drivers side front is acting up...wtf why with only 30k on this car are these things failing ??
Is it the same procedure for the front as the rear ?

ya unfortunately it doesn't seem to have a time limit on when it happens. the window regulators in these cars are notorious for failing.

my front passenger went last wednesday. i beat on the motor till it would go up one last time and unhooked it so i cant accidentally make it go down. ill replace it in the spring when ill actually need to use it lol. its getting down in the 60s in memphis and the back windows are all i use on the highway anyway lol.
