Headlights always blink
Buick Park Avenue 2003 V6 3.8 Base
Headlights always blink. On hot days. When the car goes and when it park and when it turn on and when it turn off. In this case, it produces a crack in the Sentinel module. When I pull out the headlights fuse, the headlights stop blinking, but the Sentinel module still crashes and sometimes the dash panel and radio flash. When I'm driving, it also cracks, but when I switch to the high beam, the cracking stops and the lights stop blinking. The computer does not show any errors. I changed the Sentinel module to a new one, but the new one also cracks and also the headlights flash. What is the reason? Help me please.

So you are saying, that the low beams only blink on hot days? The high beams are ok?
The crack that you are describing, is it more like a click?
You said you pulled both low beam fuses, naturally both low headlights go out, but the cracking noise continues?
Did you replace the headlight switch which incorporates the twilight sentinal? If yes, was it new or used?
If new, and it is doing the same thing, then I think your problem is the lamp control module.....

Well it was the lamp control module and not the Sentinel headlight switch, you replaced......
Here is one thing to try......remove one low beam fuse, and then turn the head lights on, and see if the other low beam still flashes......if it does, put that fuse back in and remove the other low beam fuse and see if this still causes the light to flash......
If when doing this, only one side flashes, I would try swapping the low beam bulbs, and doing the test again....if the flashing moves to the other side, you know it was the bulb was possibly drawing too much current....
I doubt it is the headlight switch, because the problem doesn't happen on hi beam....
