A dying cell in a battery cause cause a low voltage issue. Other things can as well.

Being that it'* got some age, the battery is likely not new and could be bad.

Default Also ?

well the owner said he replaced the battery twice ?? We shall see i guess

Also i noticed that the oil pan is a aluminum cast pan and the oil filter is behind it, my prk ave has a metal base and the oil filter is to the side ??? Why did this chg on the 3800 from 99 to 2000 ?

Also, should I be concerned at this point re; the uppper intake problems ?? What should i do just drive it for now ?
thank you

well I just sold my Park Ave with 200k for 2k...I stopped to see if the new one was ready and they tol me the rotated and balanced the tires, all new pads and rotors ( GM) and a new AC Delco battery and the steering rack is leaking so that is being replaced too. Then off to detail and I can p/u tomorrow. They said the only thing they could find with the no start issue was a bad cell in the battery ???
Let me know on my 2 questions in above post pls
