As of today, I claim victory

I decided to unplug sensors one unit at a time to see if they made any difference, as soon as I unplugged the new BWD $91 dollar maf from advanceauto, the car straightened right out. The actron scanner showed that this unit was functioning, I went back to advanced auto and bought a cardon brand maf, installed it and just like that, problem solved. Actron scanner reading shows a much more stable reading then the BWD maf.
Went back to advance auto to see about a refund on the BWD maf, but without the box and the original car maf as a core for the Cardon maf purchase, I wasn't able to get a refund on the BWD maf, so if you are tempted to by anything from BWD read the reviews, their maf'* seem to suck 10 purchased only 3 worked.

I know BWD'* ignition systems are a pretty good step up from OEM, It'* interesting to know they have an established record of hit-and-miss on manufacturing their MAF sensors. Every company has a bad one or two out of every thousand roll off the line, it'* statistics. However, if there'* a record of this happening the company needs to take a look at it.

This is a long shot, but not once did I read that the battery cables and terminals were cleaned. Also check the grounds and ground wires going to the negitive battery cable. Experience with VW'* has taught me to check those.
Also, not sure if these cars have one of these but is there a WOT sensor (Wide Open Throttle)? Only reason I ask is because VW uses these and on a mild to heavy throttle it will cause these same symptoms if the sensor is dirty or old.
I'm just throwing ideas out into the forum.

I forgot to thank many of you for your suggestions and ideas,
it helped this old man sort out this mess, of course I didn't tell you that since I was 19 I have been a mechanic, 20 years with the army, 2 1/2 with a civilian firm working on everything from semi'* to avis rent a cars, the last 16 I went back to school and got my associate degree for auto tech and now I help church members and family, free labor and they buy the parts. I'll try to monitor this site often to see if I can be a help to any one else
Thanks again for all your help
