well castrol does offer a dex6.

so mike do you think those bubbles would be moisture ? possibly emerged from underfilled ?

Foamy is bad, but a few bubbles is ok. That just means the fluid is moving around a little bit. If you can get a pic, that would help.

Bubbles are normally a leak. Or some times a pump or seal inside starting to go.

Yeah Dex3 is no longer licensed for production, so anything that says Dex3 is "compatible with" to whatever degree with manufacturer wants it to be, which may not be much

added a lil bit more
went out and did another test and didn't have any tiny bubbles reappear

guess it was moisture
been cold and damp

hell if i know lol

You could leave the dipstick hanging out a little and go for a drive. This will allow the moisture to completely vent out. Then close it when you get back.
