Default Went Shopping- Found TrailBlazer Deer Alert

Go back to page one POST # 10 to see where this all started...
I found one for $15.

I am going to mount it on a 3 x 3 inch piece of plywood or plexiglass to turn this into a portable unit between vehicles.
You will have to open hood to turn it on or off, and probably alligator clips to battery, with the switch mounted on wood base. I may post back what happens & how it works later...

Not a bad find Art, the deer should hear that no problem, if not they are deaf! lol
I am not sure my dogs would like that though, my one dog is terrified of smoke alarms, and any high pitch beeps/chirps, he heard the sound coming from my headset as I watched the video, and he took off.
If one does not have easily frightened animals on board then I could see this as being a great piece of mind for the money!

Wow Mike OH Deer- that was a direct hit onto the push bar at about 80mph!
Now that is what I call tenderized!
Wonder if there was any damage to the cruiser or just a car wash?

Wow, I'd never heard of these things before I read this thread. I could use something like these if they actually work, because the deer on my college campus just don't seem to be scared of vehicles at all.
