Default Car shaking after 60 mph

Hi

when I bought my car (2001 Lesabre) I felt shaking after 100-110 Km/h .
I thought is my front tire condition and I replaced them (the rear tires are from 6 month).
I did wheel balance for all 4 tires + front alignment .
and still the vibration exist .

what I missing ?
there any another check that can I do ?

Thanks

I have a similar issue. The balancing only partially corrected the problem. Could be a bent rim, but i'm guessing that whoever did the balancing would have mentioned a bent rim. I had a bent rim replaced with a refurbished one and rotated another less bent rim to the rear. I still have a little wiggle at about 65 but it resolves at higher speed.

When I go to the car on Friday, if I remember, I'll check the maintenance manual to see if there are other possible causes.

It is not so much a wiggle - it is vibration.

Front or rear? Do you feel the vibration in the Steering wheel or the seat of your pants?

Had the front end checked?

Was there any noticeable difference after the front tires were replaced?

Shimmy, Shake or Vibration:
* Tire or wheel out-of-balance or out of round
* Loose or worn wheel bearings
* Worn tie-rod ends or Worn ball joints
* Excessive wheel runout
* Blister or bump on tire

I also had the the ball joints replaces prior to rotation, balancing, alignment.

I feel it in the steering wheel
The mechanic guy checked all the steering wheel system and did not found something

The only reason I asked, is to determine if the vibration is front or rear.....

So it is in the front with the new tires that are balanced? And there was no difference at all from when there was a switch from the old tires to the new?

rotate your tires and see if the vibration shifts from front of vehicle (steering wheel vibration) to the rear of the vehicle (seat vibration)

if it does, then you know you have an issue with the wheels. could be bent rims, defective new tires(bump or blister in tires), or out of balance. how were your tires balanced? do they have wheel weights only on the outside bead, or on both inside and outside bead?

if the vibration does not shift to the rear after rotating, then your vibration issue is coming from elsewhere.

good luck!

thanks , the mechanic guy allready checked it and don't find anything suspicious .
today he replaced the left tie-rod and left hub bearing (a little space/movement from what he said) .
but , there nothing change still shaking ...

I searched in youtube and I hear talking about transmission issue ?
how can I check it ? cause we see some movements in CV-joint , in both sides . that natural ?

Thanks
