Can a 95 Riviera be upgrader to a 1997 + PCM?

Default Can a 95 Riviera be upgrader to a 1997 + PCM?
I know HP Tuners offers tuning software for 97-99 Buick Riviera 3800 years, however for 95 I belive it'* memcal and I'd have to use Tunercat to program the PCM. I haven't purchased the car yet, but there is more 95'* in the area then 97'*. So the question is, how hard is it to upgrade to the 97+ PCM so I can use tunercat and has anyone done it?
