Buick 1997 Park Ave bucks and stalls only in the summer
My 90 Buick 3.3 would completely stall under heavy acceleration when warmed up. Turns out the OEM engine temp sensor was bad and I guess giving such out of spec readings to the computer that it would stall.
Just wanted to mention that in case it might be the cause of your stall problem and might not throw a code and I bet your dash uses another sensor to show the temp.
Also perhaps there'* a problem with the throttle position sensor although that should throw a code.
