Default Auto Start/Stop

Sorry if this is redundant, but I'm new to this issue.
If the warranty impact is not a concern and I need a permanent solution these are the choices that will require some expense?

1) Install the Smart Start/Stop module, needs some simple wiring.
2) Plug in the Range Tech OBD II module, has to be unplugged when not in use.
3) Reprogram the ECU with the Trifecta Performance Mod, requires technical tools.

All of the text came out in light gray (like this) for some reason. Quoting in a normal color so we can read it:

I see a question mark, but it appears at the end of a statement:

Are you asking . . .
- . . . if warranty is a concern or not?
- . . . if there is some expense?
- . . . if there is a permanent solution available?
- . . . if the choices you listed are the only choices?
- . . . some other thing?

I was just looking for collaboration with my statement; it was what I have understood from reading countless threads on the subject.
Thank you for your consideration.

I'm not concerned with warranty or expense, just asking if these are the only permanent solutions available.
Seems to me if the ECM can be flashed, then the missing button should be available to install, just another idea.

If the button was never available on your make and model, there may be no provision to connect it to the BCM or PCM.

Either way, if you intend to just disable it permanently, I suggest installing one of the hood-switch ones like described here: https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/th...averse.379309/

Saved a copy here for when the link fails someday.

Thank you, a lot of the cheaper bypasses have side effects but for $10 it'* worth a try.
Would you know if disconnecting the car battery to clear check engine light still works on newer vehicles?

I had a 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir AWD. It didn't have an auto stop override either.
But, to it'* credit. I drove it FULL time for several years (uber/lyft) 100k+ miles.... No starter issues at all.
The purge valve was another story.
I loved it! Called it The Beast!

That'* cool, they're pretty good cars up until they switched to the 4-cylinder. I'm still reserving judgement on those so far . . .
