Default 99 buick pa wheel bearing issues and bad front end vibes

ok so i had the front right bearing replaced less than 6k ago. ran like a dream down to memphis (where im at till probably memorial day assuming the car is ok) came home and it was doing great, took it to midas for a preemptive oilchange because i was 1k short of one and its a 575 mile trip. he told me my back bearings have play not much though and to just sttop every couple hundred miles to let them cool down and i should be good. i also had the tires rotated just front to back, no side changing, and now the off balance rear wheel is on the new bearing (front right) but from 60-75 my car is like riding on an offbalance washer. one other thing i noticed though (might be the crappy roads here) is occasionally there is a vibration about as quick as if my "spokes" were hitting the caliper but i pull over and they look perfect. i cant really pinpoint what corner of the car this may be coming from.

im going to attempt to go to midas today in all the storms around 5 or so and have them balance my tires and ask to look at the car. can you guys tell me what i should be looking for? i did jack up the *** end and the wheels sound like when you put new brakes/rotors on (dragging sound) but that could well be the unused parking brake. everything is hilly here and i dont want to ruin my tranny. one thing i did notice (as far as i was willing to push it on the trunk jack) there was no lateral movement

so my thoughts are do i really need bearings, and is that new bearing bad already or is the wheel just that bad and putting weight on it made it worse.

thanks alot for your input guys. its greatly appreciated. especially considering i have $175 to my name

Places like that make money telling you there'* a problem, even if there isn't. If the bearing isn't making noise, then it should be fine. A bad bearing will make more noise when you turn with that bearing on the outside.

As for the vibration, check the lug nuts to make sure they are all tight. many places simply spin them on with a impact wrench.

your parking brakes shouldnt be making any noise, i would investigate that further. its been my experience more often than not the wheel bearings go all at once so if youve replaced one its not going to be to long before the others will need it
