97 Pk Ave LCA Bushing Front available?
1997 Buick Park Avenue - GM06053101 Suspension/Front L67
They say not available for the busing and control arm both.

Art,
I feel your pain on this. I did some searching for the bushings or the control arms for your year Buick, no luck. It was a disappointment, because RockAuto sells Moog control arms for the Bonneville, with the bushings and new ball joint for under $60.
Good luck with this. I am in El Paso through tomorrow. if you want me to check the Pic A Part junk yard for your year control arm, send me a PM- although I sense the bushings deterioration has to do with age, not salt damage.

Thanks Michael.
I think auto zone sells the control arms for $120 each. Hopefully same ones for a 97 PA.
So that may be the best route to take. I think tater just did his that way.

There is something unique to the control arm and bushing for the 1997 Park Avenue. Jason'* control arm appears to be different than the 1997 Park Avenue control arm. The 97/99 front control arm and bushings appear to be different. Something rare about the 97 control arm.... I can get a front control arm for a 98 Park ave, a front bushing for a 96 Park ave, but can't get either for a 1997 Park Ave... Something unique on the 97.
I would like to sure like to find out if the 97 is that different or not.
Those lower control arms new at dealer are ridiculous $$.
I may need some help getting them sooner than later from a JY...will never find em here.
Please fill me in Jason if u do find out....

I ran into the same problem and ended up using a bushing a little bit larger than the original because the inner diameter of the control arm hole was moderately corroded. The bushing I use was a "NAPA Chassis Part" 267-3681 $21.49, took it to a machine shop where they machined the control arm and pressed the new bushing in, did a great job for $75.00. (no sleeve required)

Mark First of all on behalf of GMForum Welcome to the Forum!!
And "Thank You" for that valuable information!
How much larger an opening approximately would be required by using the Napa bushing you recommended ?
I seriously need in the next year or on next alignment, to complete a new bushing installation on the driver'* side!

Thanks for the welcome.
I don't remember the dimensions but it is approximately 10 thousands and I originally tried to open up the hole with a drill and a flap wheel and it took me about three hours to go 3 thousands so it really requires machining. I also didn't know what the interference was supposed to be so I left it up to the experts at the machine shop.
