I agree with Tech II, try starting with the MAF disconnected. The PCM isn't saving that code for no reason. Also note if the tach moves up from zero while you are turning it over. If it does, then likely your crank sensor is okay. Checking for spark would be good, but it is easier to spray something into the intake as a test, then check for spark after if needed. It would be good to check fuel pressure. A weak pump will deliver fuel, but not enough pressure to do much good.

There'* only air and timing missing from the needed components for the power stroke. Something seems off.

Just Because You seem to be getting fuel at fuel rail does not mean that the ECM Is Getting signals signal needed from the engine sensors To Open The Injectors just saying

even though I was getting good spark I changed the plugs,new mass airflow sensor .I changed the oil which im glad I did took out three 2 litres of oil that had lots of gas in it...it came down to a bad ground on the harness..ty you all for help an advice..the old car is nice to drive even with all the new parts I have put on it in the last year still at 94000 km
