I mean the big things: check the fuses, check the connector to the module, check the stop lamp switches for their adjustment, check your CHMSL for working condition, check your switch to be in the on spot, check obvious things.
Then, if you dont mind popping the cover off your module, see that internally its looking good. it has mechanical gears and some circuitry, early years had more problems with reliability but it wasnt like they failed left and right

Instrument cluster(for the cruise part)
Cooling fans (Your other issue, I found it looking for the cruise one next
cruise with wiring color coded. it says 95 in corner but i suspect it matches the one from earlier

Thank you,
I've added it to my computer file for next time I get a chance to look at the cruise control again.
As for the cooling fans, I did the mod so the pusher fan relay comes on with the radiator fan, energized with the fan motor power.
So seems I'm that is a done deal till the car dies the final death some day hopefully when we all can afford perfected, reliable, non polluting electric cars lol.
