'92 LeSabre - gas pedal way too close to the floor
Is this normal? I haven't measured, but the amount of travel feels as though it'* less than 2 or 3". It bugs me more than it should and I would love to fix it. Thanks for any help.
First time driving one of these? . . . or do you drive it all the time and believe it has changed?
It should feel just about like any other similar car out there. I've never gotten into one of these and thought "my, this accelerator pedal doesn't seem to move very far". I've driven a bunch of them and many other cars and can say with certainty that none of this platform have ever felt like the pedal was too close to the floor.

Yes, first time driving a GM-anything in a long time. It definitely feels strange, but visually it looks normal. Is there some sort of progressive resistance? Maybe that'* it as I'm used to linear accelerator travel.
Thanks for the response.
