Default 2017 Bucik Encore - Remove Recline Arm

I am trying to replace GM part 95078124 on the drivers side and I am not sure how to remove the seat recline arm. Is there a clip behind it I need to remove? With so much plastic tabs and things, I don't want to break anything. Removing this part overall seems pretty straightforward except for getting the recline arm bracket off. Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about the manual-recline lever?

If so, there'* probably a clip on the inside of the lever sleeve that holds it to the shaft under the cushion. You'd be able to get to it by removing the entire seat assembly and turning it upside down.
