Hi guys i have an 04 Lesabre that needs a new heater core. Does anyone know how to get it out?

I have the special tool for removing the heater hoses, also removed the passenger and driver side panels that sit above your feet in the foot well. Not sure what to do next. The next step in the guide says to remove the air distributer duct screw 1 and 2 and it says number 2 screw is too difficult to get at so not necessary to reinstall. I have no idea how to locate these screws.
