Unhappy 2004 lesabre custom

HI, Newbie here. My horn does not work at all. Relay good, got new horn switch for steering wheel. I have removed the air bag and now need specifics on getting to the switch and replacing it. Just not getting the picture. Help!

Default this is the switch

we can gently move air bag around, where does this switch go? I actually think if this goes in the airbag, there is none in there. Which would expalin why horn does not work!

Do you have any controls on your airbag? Like radio controls?

His steering wheel has controls for the radio, and one for changing the temperature.
I'm trying to find a "how to" on replacing it for him, but so far I have had no luck, if I still had my AllData subscription I'd check there, but it ran out.

Angry 04 lesabre horn switch

Yeah, have searched high and low on here, googled everything, and no luck. Car is due for NH state ins. and need to fix it.
