This does happen, BTW how do check spark out put from each coil terminal? See if I am getting spark of each wire?

Also, an update... drove 37 miles to work with it today. Which included a pretty steep incline on the highway. Car seem to chug and shudder sporadically when I got on the gas and SES flashed several times but went out.
