2002 Buick Lasabre
Sounds like the typical air rush noise going past the IAC(idle air control)valve on the throttle body. The rush noise is normal because of the acoustics in the air filter box. The stalling is probably being caused by carbon/gunk build up around the pintle of the valve. We have a how-to on removing the valve. Use carb/choke cleaner to clean the pintle and just inside the hole where the pintle seals itself.
