Anyone out there have any advice for a do it yourselfer with this DIC message ?

Have the car scanned to see if any codes come up. It may tell you which sensor is the problem.

no codes show up.....now it seems clear....no service message showing up......only thing I did was turn off the climate control system for awhile......seemed like it has reset...

Might have gotten something wet. When you get the chance you may want to look over the plugs on the wheel spin sensors.

Thanks for the response.....

What does a wheel spin sensor look like and how does it work ? Do these identify "low tire pressure" ?

They are part of the wheel hub. And they don't monitor tire pressure.
