Default 1999 park ave heat not working

resivour is full of anti freeze, I put it on 90 degrees it blow cold air. any suggestions ?

99 PA should have the Dual Automatic Climate Control.

You have to get under the dash & watch the actuators while you move(press) the controls. There should be 4 of them.

Blend door actuator is suspect.
