i messed with my fuses (the box inside of the car) trying to get my windows to work but now my car wont start is there a possibility that while i was replacing the fuses i reset the brain of the car or some type of ignition code? when you turn the key on you get power to everything but its acting like it dont want to start almost like the battery is completely dead BUT i checked with a brand new batt an it still the same this all started (yesterday) before i got my windows an radio back (today) i have also tried replacing the ignition main fuse but its good any help would be greatly appreciated

you most likely disturbed the crank relay when replacing the fuses
you should have 3 or 4 there that look the same pull them out and move different
one in the crank relay position and I bet it will start

Does your SECURITY light go out after 3 seconds, when you turn key to "on"(don't crank).....

sorry about the late reply had to work late 530-800 on bout 3-4 hrs of sleep.. the security light dose go off after about 3-4 secs an @REGALGUY i will try that first thing tomorrow its dark an to be honest im really tired thanks for the help

mini fuse inside the car cant believe i looked it over thanks again for the help
