1997 LeSabre starts a bit hard.
1997 LeSabre with the NA Series II. I've noticed that I have to crank it for several seconds in the morning before it starts. Probably 4-5 seconds. By contrast, my Bonneville fires right up.
I've also noticed that the voltage dial on the dash is not quite to the red on the positive side, but it'* JUST shy of it. The Bonneville'* dial, by comparison, is right in the center.
Any thoughts? Ground? Alternator? Battery cables? Battery itself? Ignition issue?
Electronic stuff and the *z0t* that comes with them is not my specialty :\

Start by doing what has become a recurring theme here, because of the various problems it causes. Clean the battery cables, both ends. Pull the boots off the cables, also to clean those up. See if that returns things to normal. You may want to measure the voltage directly at the battery, and let us know what that voltage is, both with the car running, and with the ignition off.
