Does not have DRL, does this have a lamp control module, have looked everywhere and unable to locate one

I'm not sure how much the '96 changed from the '94, but in the '96 it is the center of passenger compartment, under instrument panel.

I can find the info from it in my alldata manual, this is from my 96' manual.
