But on a 4T60-E, it'* MUCH softer metal than the 4T65-E that you posted. The 4T65-E Reverse Reaction Drums do not break. GM fixes 1 problem and crates others!

My trans is the 4T-60E. If the Reverse Reaction Drum is in fact the problem, I'm still looking at a rebuild/replace, yes?

Get a quote on a rebuild, and compare that to a salvage yard replacement of the whole transmission.
