03 Regal seat removal
I just got a nice condition buick regal LS, and I'm fixing the issues.
The powered seat does not work, the motor seems seized. Also the car is filthy, the previous owner had young kids and trash is everywhere and packed under the seats.
The driver'* seat is stuck all the way back and I can not access the rear bolts to remove the seat. How can I move the seat or access the bolt with the seat all the way back?

If the fuse is good, sometimes you can get under from the front of the seat and turn the shafts with a wrench or pair of pliers to get it to move.
I can't remember how the plastic trim pieces attach there, but I think they snap in place. Maybe get a mirror under there and see if you can see how it comes apart.
on some GM cars the seat can be unbolted from the track and lifted out, leaving the track still bolted to the floor. but if you can't reach the bolts for the tracks you might not be able to reach those either. I have an 2003 Buick Park Ave and all the bottom trim is held in with screws.
Also Sometimes even with the seat all the way back you may be able to get a socket or wrench on the back bolts, just take the front ones out first, lift the seat up a bit and try to reach the rear bolts from the front.
