stock # for K&N filter
#11
Man, I tell you... there are way too many know- it- alls on this site unfortunately. This info I posted above was sent to me personally from K&N on 7/12/06. This filter P/N did not have the 2004-05 Bonneville GXP listed in its application list on K&N'* website until I brought this to their attention and they checked it out for themselves and confirmed for themselves that indeed it was a direct fit. But then I already told you that... so why don't you try reading for a change...
Oh, and in case you still don't get it - I am not saying that I figured out it would fit the GXP - I found that out here and had it installed before K&N and I ever had our discussions. I just went through the "trouble" of being a nice guy and pointing out the oversight on their part that this filter should have had the 2004-05 Pontiac Bonneville GXP listed in its extensive list of applications so that when other GXP owners tried to look up a K&N filter on their website that it wouldn't indicate that there was not one available. And even if you called them - they would tell you that there wasn't one available.
And yes - "You're Welcome"!

I posted a strongly worded reply I pulled. The listing has been on the link I provided for 6 months after me and Pontiac GXP had discussions already with K&N. I resent you saying you did something that has already been done. Click the link and get real, they told us back in Febuary that filter fit.
