On my '05 GXP both rear hubs are shot with 37,500 miles on the Car. Has anyone else had any experience with this happening?

OK, The part that the rear wheels bolt to. I can grab the back wheels and move them up and down and sideways. There is also a clicking sound coming from them. Sorry about the vauge post, I was trying to get a post out while it was busy at work.

What exactly can you move up and down. I hope it'* nothing the wheels bolt to.
Do you mean the rear rotors? They are loose or worn thin or both? Or is the red
caliper loose? Nothing the wheel bolts to should be moveable by hand.
Oh... you mean the bearings in the hub assembly wore out.....
It took me a minute. I need to check mine out because I have a clunk that I can't
find.
How did you notice it?

That doesn't sound good at all. Low miles. And both sides?
Are you moving the wheel/tire on the ground or jacked up?
The only time I 've had both sides loose, it was my lugnuts... they forgot to torque them after a tire rotation.
Anyway, mine seem fine.

Sorry about that. It didn't register at first. Mine are fine as well. Could be bad wheel bearings. Get it looked at ASAP! Let us know the outcome.

I wish I had something positive to add, but this is a first here with alot of GXP'* having double your mileage and over with no rear bearing trouble. Please keep us posted. I know alot of us are wondering.

I noticed it when I was rotating the Tires. They can be moved back and forth on the ground and in the air. not alot just enough to make a noise when you do it. Im working hell week this week, so next week Im going to visit the General and see what they say. My guess is that I will be changing them myself @ 200 dollars a side. Maybe if I drive it enough, the hub will let loose, than insurance will fix it. J/K Im guessing the Stabil a trac doesnt work well on 3 wheels. Before it is brought up the wheels are torqued to 100 ft/lbs.

I jacked mine up today and pushed and pulled on everything but could not find anything that was loose or moved out of the ordinary. Bearings seemed snug and smooth. Shocks tight. Exhaust still suspect as it moves alot. Good luck with the repair, it ruled out one more thing on my clunk-(er).

I noticed that there is a click click while braking but I think thats the floating calipers.
