Default Northstar Swap into an '02 SLE

I know alot of people have talked about it; but I am doing it! I am currently pulling out my 3800 from my 2003 SLE and putting in a 2005 N* from a GXP and it has only 52,000 miles on it. here are a few things I had to purchase so far for my project.

N* engine - $1000.00 w/ PCM, Wire harness, Trans, and all lines and wires.
Radiator AC DELCO - $210.00
Oil cooler lines AC DELCO Part # 25731360 and 25731362- 2x $40.00
K&N Cold Air intake made for GTO $80.00 A steal cause they are $300.00
Fuse box for GXP AC Delco- $50.00 with all fuses and releys
Mass Air sensor ACDEL CO- $40.00
K&N Oil filter Part# HP2006- $10.00
Ams oil 5W30- $32.00 a gallon

total= $1502.00 Goal < $2000.00

Would suspension be a possible problem on this? The N* would weigh quite a bit more than an L67 I would imagine. Might need to upgrade to the GXP suspension as well.

N* dry weight 565 pounds.
3800 dry weight 392 pounds..

I upgraded shocks a while back but currently considering Air ride with cabin remote control. Thank you for suggestions! I appreciate as many as people have!

True once you put the N* in you won't be able to do any modding or tuning

I also don't see the 4t80 on the shopping list. Did I simply miss that?

Did you get this from Ed Morad, Matt?

Yes I Purchased it from Morad. so it had everything with it. They are great people and very reasonable on prices. IF you look on ebay a N* with around 50,000 miles on it runs around 2-3,000 and they don't include PCM, Wire harness, Mounts, Exhaust Manifold. I paid 1,000 for it all.
