I hope so too. Roras and Bonnes are pretty much family.

Both are nice cars, the Olds is geared more for a softer, more luxurious car. The bonneville is more of a "muscle" car, and rougher. I guess the bonneville is more of GM'* sports sedan. Both similar but a couple differences.

Pete, one large chambered muffler will be better (like 92-99) for sound, if you want a deep american muscle sound. It reverbs better, and the mufflers are bigger. I haven't heard jim'* aurora but i do know some dual muffler systems can be sweet, and i know his is from what you've all said. I know that older vipers with true dual exhaust systems, with no cross pipe sounded like complete butt. It sounded like an inline 5 on each side, and therefore kinda icky and high pitched. The new vipers have the side pipes again, but they cross and exit out the other side, kinda likea very flat X pipe in the rora'* bonnies. X pipes help the engine as well, and generally are the best power producers.

I know both 00+ Bonnies and 00+ Rora'* have an x pipe and you shouldn't remove it...

You're not suggesting to make it into a single then are you? Because I can't take that and make it a single muffler because of the split pipes. But my magnaflow I have isn't much bigger than each of Jim'*. But he has a V8 which sounds better with dual Magnaflows. I'm curious as to how the 2000+ SSEi would sound.
