Headlight Adjustment

How is the Horizontal adjusted on the headlight assemblies, I know the Vertical is adjusted with a Torques socket, any ideas?

the horizontal is adjusted the same as the vertical

I removed the assembly and cannot find anything that resembles an adjuster

I thought the same thing, and went to look. No obvious adjuster screw for side-to-side. There'* very obvious letters "H" & "V", but only one screw.
