DTCs and Hard shifting

This one is easy. When the hard shifting occurs, don't turn the car off. Trans codes that set hard shifting typically reset with a few minutes of key off. This allows the trans to reevaluate problems in an effort to drive as nice as possible for you.
The WSS code was a bad hub that you replaced in the past. The VSS may have popped on at the same time. And the body codes are nothing out of the ordinary. The only one I'd see as something to consider addressing in the list is the evap leak that is current. When you have the abilty to see the history/current etc we can usually ignore immature and focus on old/history and current stuff. Old/history is ancient history and should be discounted as such, current should be addressed.
In a nutshell... scan before turning the car off with trans stuff or likely it'll reset.
