Your fog lights will be covered under the 3 year base warranty. I have had 3 go our so far and tried to do it myself, but they are almost impossible to get to. The dealership has replaced all of them for me at no charge. Here are the part numbers for front and rear brakes at Advance Auto, they were right at $41 per pair($82 total front and rear):

CMX508
CMX1019

I fell your pain brother. I replaced front pads with new ceramics. What a Difference, no more dust. Special order from my dealer here in Ontario Canada. Work Great!! Will get part # for you if you don't already have it. Let me know.
