Horrible service i must say. Especially for such a "premium" car.

Not having much luck with the factory even after I explained to them i have purchased five new gms in the last six years. I am having pictures taken and will post them. VERY UNHAPPY :( :(
Good luck on getting some response from GM!

If anyone needs help with this issue please let me know as I kept a file. You just need to document and follow through. GM hopes to frusterate you so you give up and go away. I got ALL my money back and once you file with BBB it doesn't take very long. I did end up going away, I purchased my first new non- GM. I hear this may be the Bonnevilles last year because of sales, maybe it'* not the cars but the people behind them.

That is despicable! And GM has the nerve to ask why they are losing market share?!! Betcha if there was just one SPOT on that TL, they'd gladly buy your car back and give you the keys to anything else on the lot. If sonething breaks on a domestic car-yes this incldes ford and Chrysler too-Y ou'd better get to love paperwork and buearuocracy.
