Default will a GM 6 disc radio fit into a Bonneville??

Some Pontiacs, like the Aztek for example, had a 6 disc radio available...

Does anyone here know if a radio like this will work in a Bonneville???

I have a 2004 Bonn, BTW...

Thanks

I believe so, but no one has done it to my knowledge so you better wait for someone more knowledgeable. It looks to me that the connectors are the same and it'* a double din...

This is what you're reffering to, right? (ripoff, don't buy it)

There is no Lock & Dock style Pontiac radio with an in-dash changer. The best option designed for our cars was the external trunk mounted CD changer

Won't work in a 2004. There is a ribbon style connection in the rear, not a plug in style like that one. There is no way without significan modding that just isn't worth it. Get a changer or aftermarket if you want to change it up.

Thanks for the opinions...

I thought if I could easily do a swap...I would...but if I can't...I'll let it go...

I won't go for a remote changer...I had one in a former car I once owned...it never worked right, so I'm "burned" on that whole idea....

Thanks again for the input!

It'* too bad you had a bad experience in the past. I've had the factory 12 disc changer in both Bonneville'* I've owned and they both worked flawlessly. It might take a little to wire one in because you won't already have the wiring, but I don't think you'd be disappointed when it was all done.

Just my opinion
