these are the best sub brands, in order

Resonant Engineering
Adire audio
Image dynamics

the IDMAX, XXX, brahma sound as loud as JL, Rock F, and have better SQ.

RE even makes a super speaker, the RE MT. they cant even warrenty it. check out ebay. you can find these brands at a good price. Ive seen adire and IDMAX 10s go for $150

I can almost agree with that but my ED 12A sounds cleaner at higher watts than the Brahma 12. Have not personally heard the RE subs, but I hear they are up there.

The best 12" sub will have at least 1500 watts of clean power driving it.
