right now i have the 12 wired down to 2 ohms and going to the amp and the 10 is in a different box but wired the same way and both going to the amp on seperate channels but its a monoblock amp so i guess its the same channel technically
is this still a 1 ohm load?????

Are you saying that you're running your DVC subs on a single coil each? I hope not. But if you are, two 4ohm loads into a mono amp would result in a 2ohm load.
