Default Tweeter knockout?

Is the little round knockout in my driver and passenger side doors above the factory speaker for tweeters and what size do i need to go in there?

Yes, it is for tweeters. I'm not sure what size, though. My 93 has the same knock out. I've thought about adding some after market ones, but never moved forward with it.

if it still works, leave it alone. I have an amp hooked up to mine and they work just fine. I see if they are blown then get another set.

i measured the knockout and it is 2.5" does this sound about like the size of the tweeter that will go in the knockout?
