Stock rear speakers.... - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Default Stock rear speakers....

I noticed on the rear speakers, there are 2 positives (red) and 2 negatives (black) going into them. These are gonna get wired directly to my Older alpine head unit. Should I twist the 2 reds and 2 blacks together on each speaker? I am so damn confused. Also can I wire the tweeters in with the back speaker wires?

I got it fine. I recognized the rear speaker wire colors from older GM'* and it works great.
