Default steering wheel conctrols

Ok i have a quesiton about installing an aftermarket stereo. Is there any chance that i will be able to use the steering wheel radio controls that i have with the new stereo?? Im sure someone out there must have come across this.

Yep..an adaptor kit is available to keep the steering wheel controls active

Yes, but your new aftermarket stereo MUST have an IR remote control. I had this setup in my 94 Buick Roadmaster LT1 before it was totalled. That head unit and changer can now be seen in it'* new home on my website.

And no, Lilpooky will NOT sell it to you for ANY price.

Those little things are a PITA to hook up, but they work. This may not be the best price, but this is the gizmo you're after:
